President and Chairman of the Board
Brady M. Murphy has served as President since July 2019, Chairman of the Board of Directors since May 2019, and as a Director since February 2018. Mr. Murphy also serves as TETRA’s President and Chief Executive Officer since May 2019 and as a member of its board of directors since December 2018. From February 2018 to May 2019, he served as TETRA’s President and Chief Operating Officer.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Serrano has served as TETRA’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 2012. Mr. Serrano served as chief financial officer of UniversalPegasus International, a global project management, engineering and construction management company, from October 2009 through July 2012. Following his resignation from Paradigm BV in February 2009 and until his acceptance of the position with UniversalPegasus International in October 2009, Mr. Serrano was retired. From February 2006 through February 2009, Mr. Serrano served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of Paradigm BV (formerly, Paradigm Geophysical Ltd.), a provider of enterprise software solutions to the oil and gas industry. From October 1999 through February 2006, Mr. Serrano served as chief financial officer of EGL, Inc., a publicly-traded transportation and logistics company subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. From 1982 through October 1999, Mr. Serrano was employed in various capacities by Schlumberger Ltd., including as vice president and general manager of the western hemisphere operations of Schlumberger’s Geco-Prakla seismic division (from 1997 to 1999), as group controller for the global operations of the Geco-Prakla seismic division (from 1996 to 1997), and from 1992 to 1996, as controller of various geographical units of the Geco-Prakla seismic division. Mr. Serrano presently serves as a director, and on the audit and corporate governance and nominating committees of the board of directors, of Tesco Corporation, a public company subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act. Mr. Serrano received his B.B.A. degree in accounting and finance from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1979. Mr. Serrano became a certified public accountant in the State of Texas in 1986 and continued as a certified public accountant until March 2002, at which time his license became inactive.
Senior Vice President of Operations and Manufacturing
Roy McNiven has served as our Senior Vice President of Operations and Manufacturing of our general partner since January 2020, responsible for both Domestic and International Compression Services and Aftermarket Operations. Roy joined Compressor Systems Inc. as Vice President of Operations in October, 1, 2018. Prior to this role, Mr. McNiven served as Vice President of Service and Rentals at Nabors Industries and served for 13 years at Tesco Corporation in various management level roles before its acquisition by Nabors. Mr. McNiven earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, as well as an Executive MBA, from Athabasca University in Canada.
Vice President, Finance
Michael E. Moscoso, has served as our Vice President of Finance since January 2018. He served as Director of Internal Audit of TETRA from July 2014 until January 2018. From July 2005 until April 2014, Mr. Moscoso served in various internal audit roles with increasing responsibility, most recently as the Senior Director of Internal Audit, at AEI Services, LLC, a private company which owned and operated interests in multiple power generation assets, as well as natural gas transportation and distribution businesses in Central and South America, the Caribbean, and other international locations. From April 2014 until July 2014, Mr. Moscoso was self-employed. Mr. Moscoso’s prior experience includes serving as the Director of Settlements and, prior to that, as Manager of Risk Reporting and Controls of Enron Corporation, the Assistant Treasurer of Zilkha Energy Company, and as Controller for the Latin America division of Weatherford International. Mr. Moscoso began his career in 1989 with KPMG, where his responsibilities primarily included managing and executing audits of exploration and production companies and pipeline companies. Mr. Moscoso received his BBA degree in accounting from the University of Houston, is a certified public accountant in the State of Texas, and a certified internal auditor.
Vice President, North America Sales
Matthew Pitcock has served as Vice President of North America Sales for Compression Services of our general partner since January 2020 and as Regional Sales Manager for the Permian Basin since March 2014. Mr. Pitcock returned to work for our general partner in 2014 after serving for two years as a Category Management Advisor (Compression) at Devon Energy. In 2006, Mr. Pitcock joined the Account Manager Training Program of Compressor Systems Inc., which was acquired by the partnership in 2014. He continued to serve in several sales leadership roles with increasing responsibilities for Compressor Systems through 2012. Mr. Pitcock received his BBA in Management from Angelo State University in 2004 and his MBA from Oklahoma Christian University in 2012.
Vice President of International Operations
Mike Luna has served as Vice President International Operations of our general partner since June 2020. In this role, he is responsible for directing and fostering the Company’s business and strategy outside of the US. Prior to this, Mr. Luna served as Vice President of Product Sales and Engineering, where he led strategic product growth and presence across the US and certain global regions. Before that, Mr. Luna served as General Manager of Engineered Product Sales and International Operations for Compressor Systems Inc. from October 2010 through August 2014. Before joining CSI Compressco in 2010, Mr. Luna held strategy and senior roles at Exterran and management leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Schlumberger. Mr. Luna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Gas Engineering from Texas A&M University – Kingsville.
