Timothy A. Knox has served as President and a director of our general partner since August 2014. Mr. Knox served as president and chief operating officer of Compressor Systems, Inc. (CSI) from September 2010 until it was acquired by CSI Compressco in August 2014. Mr. Knox served as senior vice president of CSI from August 2009 to September 2010 and as vice president – engineering and manufacturing of CSI from December 2004 to August 2009, having served as director – engineering and manufacturing since July. 2003. Mr. Knox joined CSI as a regional account manager in 1996, was promoted to manager of the mid-continent business unit in 1998, serving in that role until 2003. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Knox served in multiple roles for Dresser-Rand Compression Services including; applications, project engineering, project management and sales. Mr. Knox has 24 years of industry experience, including 18 years with CSI. He received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1990 and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma State University in 1999.

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Serrano has served as TETRA’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 2012. Mr. Serrano served as chief financial officer of UniversalPegasus International, a global project management, engineering and construction management company, from October 2009 through July 2012. Following his resignation from Paradigm BV in February 2009 and until his acceptance of the position with UniversalPegasus International in October 2009, Mr. Serrano was retired. From February 2006 through February 2009, Mr. Serrano served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of Paradigm BV (formerly, Paradigm Geophysical Ltd.), a provider of enterprise software solutions to the oil and gas industry. From October 1999 through February 2006, Mr. Serrano served as chief financial officer of EGL, Inc., a publicly-traded transportation and logistics company subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. From 1982 through October 1999, Mr. Serrano was employed in various capacities by Schlumberger Ltd., including as vice president and general manager of the western hemisphere operations of Schlumberger’s Geco-Prakla seismic division (from 1997 to 1999), as group controller for the global operations of the Geco-Prakla seismic division (from 1996 to 1997), and from 1992 to 1996, as controller of various geographical units of the Geco-Prakla seismic division. Mr. Serrano presently serves as a director, and on the audit and corporate governance and nominating committees of the board of directors, of Tesco Corporation, a public company subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act. Mr. Serrano received his B.B.A. degree in accounting and finance from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1979. Mr. Serrano became a certified public accountant in the State of Texas in 1986 and continued as a certified public accountant until March 2002, at which time his license became inactive.

Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Ronald J. Foster has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of our general partner since July 2014, and as a director of our general partner since October 2008. Mr. Foster served as President of our general partner from October 2008 until July 2014, and as President and a director of our Compressco, Inc. subsidiary from October 2008 until October 2012. From August 2002 to September 2008, Mr. Foster served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Compressco, Inc. Mr. Foster has over 30 years of energy-related work experience that also includes positions with Wood Group, Halliburton and Dresser. He is an active member of several regional industry trade organizations, including the American Petroleum Institute (API), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA). Mr. Foster received his B.S. degree in Economics from Oklahoma State University.
|Anthony D. Speer|
Vice President of Manufacturing
Anthony D. Speer has served as Vice President of Manufacturing of our general partner since August 2014. Mr. Speer served as vice president of manufacturing and supply chain of CSI from January 2014 through August 2014. After joining CSI in April 2006, Mr. Speer progressed through various roles including; director-manufacturing, director-engineering and manufacturing and vice president of engineering and manufacturing. From 1991 to 2006, Mr. Speer worked for Halliburton. He served for three years as a manufacturing engineer for Halliburton and was nominated to participate in the Halliburton Management Program. After graduating from this program in 1996, he served in various leadership roles within Halliburton’s manufacturing organization. He began as a shop supervisor and eventually served as a plant manager. Mr. Speer holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Gas Compressor Association.

Vice President of Engineering
Michael A. Smith has served as Vice President of Engineering of our general partner since August 2014. Mr. Smith served as vice president of engineering of CSI from December 2013 through August 2014. Mr. Smith has served in multiples roles including design & construction engineer, operations manager, facilities & construction manager, manager of design engineering and director of engineering and construction. This experience spans over 30 years in the industry with operating and service companies including Texas Gas Transmission, Williams, Boardwalk, El Paso, Hoerbiger and UGI Energy Services. Mr. Smith holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and is currently Chairman elect of the Gas Machinery Research Council (GMRC) Board of Directors for 2016/2017.
Vice President of Sales
Jeff Levers has served as Vice President of Sales of our general partner since August 2014. Mr. Levers served as Vice President of Sales of Compressor Systems, Inc. from 2013 until it was acquired by CSI Compressco in August 2014. Mr. Levers served as Mid-Continent Regional Sales Manager from 2011 to 2013 and as Strategic Account Manager beginning in 2010 when he initially joined the company. Mr. Levers began in the industry in 1984 at Energy Industries in Corpus Christi, Texas. He joined Production Operators, Inc. in 1989 and later managed some of POI’s largest accounts as Alliance Manager. Mr. Levers remained with the company through various buy-outs and mergers, which eventually resulted in what is now Exterran. His final assignment prior to leaving Exterran was Mid-Continent Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Levers has 31 years of industry experience including 5 years with CSI. Mr. Levers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Personnel Management from the University of Louisiana – Lafayette.

Vice President of Operations
C. Brad Benge has served as Vice President of Operations of our general partner since August 2014. Mr. Benge served as vice president of compression services of CSI from September 2010 through August 2014. From September 2009 to September 2010, Mr. Benge served as vice president of Eastern region compression services of CSI. Mr. Benge joined CSI in February 2008 and served as project manager until September 2009. From 1984 to 2007, Mr. Benge served in multiple roles at Exterran including; vice president of operations, multiple mergers and acquisitions positions and various supervisory positions. Mr. Benge began his career in 1979 as a natural gas compressor and engine mechanic for Halliburton in Central Texas. Mr. Benge has more than 35 years of industry experience, and he attended Tarleton State University.
Vice President of Fleet Management
Levent Caglar has served as Vice President of Fleet Management of our general partner since August 2015. Mr. Caglar joined CSI Compressco in 2001 as an International Application Engineer at Compressor Systems, Inc., and served in a variety of roles including Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt, Asset Manager, and Director of Rental Fleet Management Services. Most recently he served as the company’s Director of Asset Management. Mr. Caglar holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Galatasaray University, Istanbul, Turkey and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas. He is also an active member in the Gas Compressor Association, participating extensively in the statistical and environmental committees.
